IT Track was started in Bangkok, Thailand in 2013. We began by offering Cisco CCNA and CCNP boot camps for expats traveling to (or living in) Southeast Asia, as well as network consulting and support for international organizations in Thailand and Japan.
Our first video conferencing solution was for The American Immigration Lawyers Association: Bangkok District Chapter (AILA BDC). This initial event was in Bangkok, followed by more conferences in Manila and Ho Chi Minh City. We have now partnered with AILA National, and have provided webcast services for them in multiple cities around the continental United States. In 2019, we relocated to Honolulu. We continue to offer professional webcast services and have provided support and implementation for several critical infrastructure networks all over the Hawaiian Islands.
Our Boot Camps are intensive and thorough training courses that follow the curriculums as outlined in Cisco, Microsoft, and CompTIA exam preparation guides. We provide students with access to routers, switches, servers, desktops, laptops, and other hardware to ensure familiarity with the course content. Hands-on labs are an integral part of all IT Track courses.
Over the past 10 years, we have learned how to streamline successful webcast production to ensure our clients have successful events. Our Mevo Wireless cameras provide video in HD, and we take the initiative to work with hotels and conference centers to ensure crystal-clear audio for both in-house and remote attendees.
Our trainers have both advanced technical expertise and real-world experience. They also make sure to be accessible to students before and after class during the Boot Camps to answer any questions and provide personal help with the labs. Once the course(s) are completed, trainers are reachable via e-mail and Skype for follow-up help and support.
