Course Overview

In addition to covering all the items needed to pass the exam, the focus of the course will be on solving real-world problems and ensuring that downtime due to Windows 7 configuration errors and inherent problems with the operating system are reduced to a minimum.   • Solving other enterprise remote access issues.

Day 5: Maintain and Secure your Workstations.

  • Using system logs and configuring services.
  • Tweaking Windows 7 performance.
  • Hardware problems: HD, RAM, Video Cards.
