The class focuses on all modules required for the 640-461 exam, including: system monitoring, moves, changes on Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express, Cisco Unity Connection, as well as Cisco Unified Presence. Hands-on labs are an integral part of the training, and students will have access to Cisco 2620XM, 2811, and 1760V routers, 7940 and 7960 IP phones, and Catalyst 3500 POE switches.

Prerequisites: Completion of a CCNA Routing and Switching course and/or prior experience with routers and other network devices.
