- Performance troubleshooting on routers and switches.
Day 2: Layer 2 Troubleshooting
- Working with Catalyst switches.
- VTP, VLANs, and Trunking
- Troubleshooting Spanning-Tree Protocol and EtherChannel.
- Troubleshooting SVIs and Inter-VLAN routing.
- Switch security issues.
- HSRP, VRRP, and GLBP problems.
Day 3: Layer 3 Troubleshooting
- IP addressing problems (IPv4 and IPv6).
- ACLs, NAT, and DHCP.
- RIPng, EIGRP, and OSPF (IGPs)
- Policy-Based Routing, Route-Map, and Distribute List problem-solving.
Day 4: Troubleshooting Route Redistribution and BGP
- IPv4 and IPv6 redistribution issues.
- Advanced redistribution and loop prevention.
- BGP neighbor troubleshooting.
- BGP routes and best path selection.
- Troubleshooting BGP with IPv6.
Day 5: Review and Troubleshooting Labs
- Switching Trouble Ticket examples.
- Router Trouble Ticket examples.
- Putting it all together.
- Course review and exam practice.
